QCon London is the European edition of the QCon conference series, aimed at senior software engineers, architects and technical leaders at innovator and early adopter organisations. The programme is curated by practising engineers rather than by a call for papers, with tracks assembled around emerging patterns in distributed systems, platform engineering, machine learning infrastructure, developer productivity and engineering leadership. QCon deliberately targets teams already operating at scale, and the content assumes that context rather than explaining fundamentals. Attendance is substantial and skews senior, with a significant proportion of attendees sent by employers as part of technical development. The conference runs across several days with additional workshop days. London's size means accommodation choice is wide, but QCon coincides with a busy period in the city's conference calendar and venue-adjacent hotels commit early.
