Fast Flow Conf focuses on organisational design for fast software delivery, held in London. The conference grew out of the Team Topologies community and addresses how organisations structure teams, platforms and boundaries to reduce cognitive load and accelerate flow. Content covers platform engineering, team interaction modes, socio-technical architecture, internal developer platforms and the organisational change work required to make any of it stick. Speakers are typically engineering leaders and consultants presenting real transformation efforts, including the parts that did not work. The audience is predominantly engineering managers, platform leads, architects and CTOs from European technology organisations. The single-track format and deliberate scale keep the conversation coherent rather than fragmenting across parallel sessions. London hosts a dense calendar of engineering leadership events and accommodation options near the typical venues are extensive, though rates vary considerably by district and time of year.
