The IEA 2027 Congress is the triennial meeting of the International Ergonomics Association, held in London from 23 to 25 August 2027. It is the global gathering for ergonomics and human factors, spanning industrial workplace design, healthcare systems, transport safety, cognitive ergonomics and the human factors dimension of automation and artificial intelligence. Delegates include academic researchers, occupational health practitioners, safety engineers and human factors specialists working across manufacturing, aviation, healthcare and defence. The triennial cycle means attendance is high and the programme unusually broad, with parallel technical tracks running throughout.
