DMEA is the leading European trade fair and congress for digital health, held annually in Berlin. It brings together hospital IT leaders, health insurers, medical software vendors, policymakers and clinicians working on digital transformation in healthcare. The programme covers electronic health records, interoperability standards, telemedicine, AI in clinical decision support, cybersecurity in healthcare settings, and the regulatory and reimbursement frameworks shaping digital health adoption across German and European markets. The exhibition is extensive, with most major health IT vendors present, and DMEA functions as the primary annual commercial meeting point for the German digital health sector. Attendance runs into the tens of thousands across the event. Berlin has substantial hotel capacity, though a trade fair of this size concentrates demand around the Messe district and rates rise accordingly during the event week. Dates for the next edition have not yet been finalised.
